We’re a small, independent data analysis, data warehousing and machine learning company founded in Salt Lake City, Utah in early 2020 (and relaunched in early 2025) by a small team of experienced data professionals. Now based in Ashley Falls, Massachusetts (in the beautiful Berkshires region), Katsura Dataworks is focused on meeting the needs of small businesses, startups, nonprofits, researchers and individuals with diverse data and web development needs. We are named for the resilient katsura tree and use it as inspiration for what we do: both in the artful beauty of data and our pledge to bringing the full capabilities of AI to clients that don’t fit Big Tech’s mold. We have a commitment to independence: we’ll never accept government funding or sell out to multinational conglomerates.
